Police arrested a New Hampshire woman for driving under the influence after a two-car collision on Monday that caused minor injuries.
Police responded at 2:50 p.m. to Westford Road and found that a Toyota Corolla cut off a Pontiac Firebird as it turned left on to the exit 34 entrance to Route 3, according to police.
The cars collided and the Firebird veered off of the road, hitting a traffic light pole, police said. Both drivers were treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Toyota, Brenda Peterson, 47, of Hudson, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and operating under the influence while having a driver's license suspended for an OUI offense, police said.
She was also charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Malden District Court.
