MADERA, CA : Crash blocks traffic on Highway 99 south of Madera on Thursday, 10th August 2023

A crash on Highway 99 Thursday morning has caused traffic to come to a standstill in Madera.

The crash happened before 8:30 a.m. near Ave. 12. in the southbound lanes.

CHP says the driver of a box truck was pined-in and was airlifted to the hospital by a SkyLife Air Ambulance.
