St. Petersburg, PA : Woman, 71, killed in St. Petersburg crash on Tuesday, 10th December, 2019

A 71-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in St. Petersburg Tuesday night, police reported.
The crash occurred about 8:30 p.m. just west of the intersection of 54th Avenue S and 28th Street S.
Police said a black Nissan pickup driven by Blake Faine, 35, struck a brown Nissan sedan as the driver was leaving a store in the 3000 block of 54th Avenue S.
Police said the driver of the sedan, Dorothy Wertz, 71, died in the crash.
Faine was taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries, police said.
