Orlando, FL : Driver in critical condition after crash on I-4 near Conroy road early Friday morning on August 1, 2014

One person is in critical condition after crashing on Interstate 4 near Conroy road early Friday morning, according to the Orlando Police Department.

The driver of an SUV crossed the overpass on Kirkman Road and struck a guardrail, according to officers.

The driver was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition.

All westbound lanes were closed from Conroy Road to Kirkman Road from 2 a.m. to just before 5 a.m., but have since been reopened.
