Durham, NC : 19-year-old man killed in vehicle crash Highway 70 on Sunday October 17 2015

Durham police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man found in the back of a vehicle.
Police said in a release that officers found the body of Kenneth Mitchell III of Durham about 11:30 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 70. The officers were responding to a call about a shooting.
Police gave no further information.
Lanes of U.S. 70 were closed for several hours while officers investigated.
