PETERSBURG, VA : All lanes open after tractor-trailer crash on I-85 on Thursday, 3rd August 2023

All lanes are open after a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 85 early Thursday morning.

VDOT says the crash happened on I-85 South (mile marker 67) near Squirrel Level Road.

One person was sent to the hospital for their injuries, according to VDOT.

The right lane and shoulder was blocked for several hours as crews removed the truck.
