Maricopa, AZ : Teenage boy killed in semi-truck crash State Route 347 On Friday, August 21 2015

Authorities say a teenage boy is dead after a crash involving a semi-truck hauling cattle on State Route 347 in Maricopa.
The crash occurred about 7:30 a.m. Friday.Maricopa police say the 17-year-old driving the pickup truck was killed. His name hasn't been released.They say the driver of the semi was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Police say some of the cattle were killed, some were injured and some will have to be put down.
