Craftsbury, VT : 91-year-old man has died of injuries suffered in a collision on Tuesday, July 21st, 2015

Police say a 91-year-old man has died of injuries suffered in a collision in Craftsbury.

Police said Addison Merrick of Craftsbury was driving north on Route 14 when he turned left into oncoming traffic.

His car collided head-on with a pickup truck operated by 57-year-old Scott Smith of Hardwick last Thursday.

Merrick was taken to Copley Hospital, where he died of his injuries from the crash on Tuesday.

Smith was not hurt.
