MILLERSBURG, OH : Two crashes slow traffic in downtown Millersburg on February, Tuesday 27th 2018

A pair of injury accidents Tuesday afternoon had traffic in downtown Millersburg slowed to a crawl. One crash near Best Housing on South Washington Street in the village and another just south of town on County Road 58, less than a mile off state Route 83, had emergency rescue squads busy at both locations.

Both accidents occurred around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

Life Flight was brought in for the crash on County Road 58, in which a pickup truck went airborne off the road and rolled to a stop in the field south of the road. The driver of the pickup had to be extricated from the vehicle.

The accident on South Washington Street involved a horse and buggy.

No further information was available.

Both incidents are under investigation.
