The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says Richard Isaac, a resident of the Onondaga Indian Nation, was traveling southbound early Monday on Route 11-A south of Syracuse when he lost control of his ATV and was ejected.
Deputies say Isaac was not wearing a helmet and suffered a serious head injury. He was transported to Upstate University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
