ASHTABULA, OH : Ashtabula woman killed in two-vehicle crash on Route 20 at Fargo Drive on Monday, 15th October 2018

The Ohio Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into a two-vehicle crash in Ashtabula County that killed an Ashtabula woman on Monday afternoon.

Anita J. Fultz, 62, a passenger in one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the Ashtabula Medical Center following the crash on Route 20 at Fargo Drive in Ashtabula Township, Ohio, on Monday at about 1:05 p.m., troopers reported.
