Southeast, NY : Two people died in a highway crash in Putnam County on Friday afternoon, November 14, 2014

State police say two people have died in a highway crash in Putnam County. The two-car collision occurred Friday afternoon in the Town of Southeast. The wreck tied up traffic on Route 22.
