ORLANDO, FL : A pedestrian is dead after a crash in southeast Orlando on Sunday, October, 15th 2017

A pedestrian is dead after a crash in southeast Orlando, officials said.

A vehicle struck a pedestrian shortly after 9 p.m. at the intersection of Stonewall Jackson Road and Northbound S. Semoran Boulevard.

The person was pronounced dead at the scene.

All northbound lanes of Semoran Boulevard at Stonewall Jackson Road have been closed as police investigate the crash.

The name of the person struck and killed has not yet been released.
