Gates ,NY : Two men killed in separate motorcycle crashes on suburban Rochester roads on Thursday ,July 30th 2015

Authorities say two men have been killed in separate motorcycle crashes that occurred on suburban Rochester roads within hours of each other.

Town police in Webster say a man in his 20s was driving on Lake Road around 9 p.m. Thursday when he crashed into a utility pole. His name hasn't been released. The cause of the crash is being investigated.

Police in the town of Gates say the second motorcycle crash occurred shortly after midnight Thursday on Interstate 490's eastbound ramp to Route 531. Officers say 22-year-old Zachary Goole of Gates crashed into a guard rail after losing control of his bike. He died at the scene.

There were no witnesses to the crash, which is being investigated.
