West Virginia State Police identified the California man who was killed in a tractor-trailer accident Oct. 14, near the off-ramp of Exit 1 on Interstate 68.Authorities on Oct. 16 confirmed that Danny Dang died at about 9 p.m. after losing control of his vehicle
Officers said Dang may have been speeding.No other vehicles were involved.The State Police’s Morgantown Detachment is investigating.
