Yuma,AZ : Warrant issued in fatal car crash on August, Wednesday 30th 2017

A warrant was issued for the 49-year-old man charged in connection to a March collision that happened near the town of Somerton and killed another driver, after the attorney who represents him explained to the court why his client was not present for the hearing.

Attorney Jerry Hernandez of the Yuma County Public Defender's Office explained that his client is currently in federal custody and being held on a new illegal re-entry charge and for a violation of his supervised release, which is out of California.
