Police say a woman has died after she was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Reston.

Fairfax County police say 76-year-old Hung Soon Seo died late Sunday night at a hospital.

She was hit around 5:15 p.m. Sunday while crossing North Shore Drive at a four-way intersection marked by stop signs.

The car that hit her was a late-model black Nissan Altima with tinted windows. Police say the driver fled the scene.

Investigators are trying to identify and find the car and the driver.
