Reno, NV : Minor crash causing traffic backups on Highway 395 Friday, September 19, 2014

A minor traffic crash is causing traffic issues on Highway 395 during Friday rush hour. According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the minor crash is at Highway 395 and Oddie Blvd. There are no injuries, but the crash is creating the traffic problems.
