Freetown, MA : Bicyclist critically injured after being hit by car in Freetown on Saturday, July 16, 2016

A bicyclist is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Freetown. Police say the woman was riding on Middleboro Road around 1:30 Saturday when she was struck from behind by an 18-year–old driver.

The victim was taken to St. Luke's hospital before being med flighted to Mass General.

There is no word on if the driver is facing any charges. The incident remains under investigation.
