Pedestrian struck and killed on I-393 overnight
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday night near exit 2 in Concord.

Taylor Farris, 24, of Pembroke, was standing in a poorly lit part of the right lane when he was struck by a vehicle, police said.

It is unclear why Farris was in the road.

The right lane was closed for approximately 2 and a half hours.

Police do not believe driver impairment was a factor.
