Whitfield County, GA :I-75 Fatal accident in Whitfield County on Wednesday, July 15th 2015

A man was ejected from his vehicle and killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 75 Wednesday afternoon. According to our media partners, The Dalton Daily Citizen, it happened just after 4:30 p.m. by the Walnut Avenue exit.Georgia State Patrol said a man driving a van lost control of the vehicle, and it began to overturn.He was ejected from the van and was pronounced dead at the scene.The identity of the man is not being released pending the notification of family.
