Winston Salem, NC : Trinity man dies in Thomasville vehicle crash on February, Thursday 15th 2018

A Trinity man died in a vehicle crash on N.C. 109, near Lambeth Road, in Thomasville early Thursday.
Mohammad Khurshid Khan, 59, was pronounced dead at the scene by Davidson County Emergency Medical Services, Thomasville police said in a news release. Joey Reid Creasey, 35, of Trinity was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center for treatment, the release said.
Officers responded to the crash at 5:26 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indicated the northbound 2006 Nissan Titan driven by Creasey struck a guardrail along the right shoulder. Creasey overcorrected his steering, causing the Titan to travel into the southbound lane and strike the 2006 Acura MDX driven by Khan, police said.
Both men were wearing their seat belts. Police are still investigating the crash.
