ELLSWORTH, WI : Menomonie man hospitalized after crash on Tuesday, November, 7th 2017

A Menomonie man was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System-Red Cedar in Menomonie with undetermined injuries after a one-vehicle crash Tuesday in the Pierce County town of Spring Lake.

Sheriff’s deputies responded at about 6:45 a.m. to the crash on Highway 128 near 890th Avenue, east of Spring Valley.

An investigation found Lee A. Kistner, 31, was driving a 1996 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck that was headed north on Highway 128 when it left the road, entered a ditch and struck a driveway embankment.

Kistner was the lone occupant of the truck.

Spring Valley Area Ambulance, Spring Valley Fire and Elmwood Fire also responded to the scene.
