Rehoboth, MA : 63-year-old Anthony Kishsy died in fatal motorcycle crash in Rehoboth on Saturday afternoon, June 25, 2016

A motorcyclist from Seekonk hit by an accused drunk driver Saturday has died.

Police were called to the area of Agricultural Avenue and Rocky Hill Road around 2:30 p.m Saturday afternoon. When they arrived, the motorcycle was lying in the road and the biker, a 63-year-old Anthony Kishsy, was unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Neighbors rushed out to help after hearing the commotion. One man tells ABC6 it appears the truck crossed the yellow lines and hit the biker head on.

“I guess the guy crossed the yellow lines and hit the motorcycle and dragged it down the street a little ways,” said Casey Copes-Jeffrey.

The driver of the truck is Jeffrey Fisk Jr. of Rehoboth. He is facing charges of vehicular homicide and OUI. He’s expected to be arraigned Monday morning. The crash remains under investigation.
