MEDINA, OH : 2 injured in 3-vehicle crash in front of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School on Wednesday, 15th August 2018

A possible medical condition may be the cause of a three-vehicle crash in front of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School shortly after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said.

“This white SUV was traveling westbound here on (state Route) 18, went left of center, struck the commercial tractor-trailer in the left front,” Ohio Highway Patrol Lt. Mark Neff said at the scene of the crash in the 600 block of East Washington Street (Route 18).

A Medina Life Support Team ambulance traveling east was unable to stop in time, and struck the rear of the tractor-trailer, Neff said.
