Albuquerque,NM : A multi-vehicle accident in the morning has closed all southbound lanes of Interstate 25 at Tramway on Wednesday, 6th June 2018

A multi-vehicle accident about 8 a.m. has closed all southbound lanes of Interstate 25 at Tramway.

Two Journal staffers reported thick black smoke from a fully engulfed vehicle and all traffic completely stopped and backing up.

No details were available yet from police and emergency personnel.

Drivers should seek alternate routes.
