Jacksonville, FL : Two people died in a car crash that shutdown the southbound lanes of I-295 at Wilson Boulevard on Sunday, 4th October, 2020

Florida Highway Patrol reported two people died in a car crash that shutdown the southbound lanes of I-295 at Wilson Boulevard for about 5 hours Sunday morning.
According to FHP’s report, the passenger of a disabled vehicle, a 19-year-old female, and a good Samaritan, a 21-year-old male, were pushing a disabled car off the highway when a second car crashed into and killed them.
FHP said the driver of the first car, a 22-year-old male, and second car, a 43-year-old male, suffered minor injuries.
