Boston, MA : Pedestrian seriously injured in Raynham crash on Wednesday evening, August 17, 2016
Police are investigating a Wednesday evening crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Raynham.
The 41-year-old man was walking on Paramount Drive near the Stone Forge Restaurant around 6:46 p.m. when he was struck by the car, according to Raynham police. Officers responding to the scene found the man on the side of the road, and he was transported by medflight to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries.
Police said the driver remained on the scene, and the cause of the collision is under investigation.
