The Lexington County Coroner has identified a Georgia woman killed in a two-car crash on Interstate 20 Wednesday morning.
Coroner Margaret Fisher said Skylar Blankenbeckler, 19, of Grovetown, Georgia died at the scene.
According to the Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 9:45 a.m. at mile marker 39, which is near Highway 178 and Batesburg-Leesville.
The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries that were considered not life-threatening.
The crash remains under investigation.
