Anderson, S.C : Woman injured after being hit by car at 102 Highway 28 in Anderson County on Friday morning, July 29, 2016

A woman was hit by a car in front of the Hardees at 102 Highway 28 in Anderson County, according to Highway Patrol troopers.

Troopers said at 7 a.m. a man driving north on Highway 28 hit a 54-year-old woman who was walking across the road.

They said the woman was taken to AnMed with non life-threatening injuries.

No charges will be filed in the case, troopers said.
