Woman's family speaks out after tragic bus accident

NORTH MIAMI-DADE, Fla. WSVN -- A shredded tire sparked a horrific crash that killed a South Florida woman after a church van packed with people went out of control. Nearly 20 people were inside when the tire fell apart and the van then flipped.
