Shrewsbury, VT : Man injured in crash on Lincoln Hill Road on Wednesday afternoon, April 5, 2017

Vermont State Police said a local man was hurt in a crash on Lincoln Hill Road on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said Kevin J. Regimbald, 38, was driving his 2007 BMW 530 west at about 4 p.m. when he lost control going around a corner near Mitchell Road. He went partially off the road, according to police, spun 360 degrees, went off the north side of the road and hit a tree.

Police said Regimbald, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Rutland Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. Police said the BMW sustained contact damage to the front right section and a deflated rear right tire.
