A double-fatal crash has shut down U.S. 93 in both directions this morning northeast of Las Vegas, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.The highway is closed between Interstate 15 and State Route 168, the patrol said. All lanes are closed and traffic is being diverted onto 168 near Coyote Springs, the patrols said.
