NILES, IL : Person hospitalized after car crashes into home in Niles on Wednesday, 28th June 2023

A person was hospitalized Wednesday after a car struck a home in Niles Wednesday morning.

Niles Fire Department District Chief Orlando Diaz said crews were dispatched to an auto accident on Normal Avenue and Greenwood Street.

Police said at 5:26 a.m., a 30-year-old man had been driving a black Jeep Wrangler south on Greenwood Avenue when he suffered a medical incident.

He crashed into a house in the 8500 block of West Normal Avenue, police said.
