Dickson ,NY : 19 year-old Anthony M. DeStefano killed and another injured after single car accident Sunday night ,August 2 2015

A Malone, New York man is dead following a single car accident Sunday night.

It happened in the Town of Dickinson around 11 p.m. Police say 20-year old Cody A. Lane of St. Regis Falls was traveling north on County Route 5, when he lost control and went off the road, hitting trees and rolling the car.

Police say a passenger in the backseat, 19 year-old Anthony M. DeStefano of Malone, was pronounced dead at the scene. Lane and another front seat passenger received non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation by the State Police.
