Billings, MT : 1 killed, 6 injured a single-vehicle rollover crash on Wednesday, July 22nd,2015

A 31-year-old North Dakota woman was killed and six other people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash east of Roundup.

The Billings Gazette reports the crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday when the driver swerved to miss a deer on U.S. Highway 12. The SUV went off the side of the road and rolled through a barbed wire fence.

Those injured in the wreck include five children ages 5 months to 12 years, as well as a 32-year-old man. The Montana Highway Patrol did not release the names or hometowns of anyone involved.

Investigators do not believe alcohol was involved, but speed might have been a factor in the crash.
