Jefferson City, MO : Two hurt in Lake area bus crash on Wednesday, October, 11th 2017

A School of the Osage bus was in a Wednesday afternoon crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol say the driver of the bus was distracted by the kids when he rear-ended a car on Highway 42 in Miller County.

The driver of the car, 23 year old Robert Switzer of Richland had moderate injuries.

A 6-year-old girl on the school bus had minor injuries.
