DOUGLAS COUNTY, CO : Driver sought in deadly I-25 pedestrian crash on Monday, 10th December 2018

The Colorado State Patrol is looking for a second car that may have been involved in a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian dead after he was struck by a vehicle on I-25 near Larkspur Monday morning.

According to CSP, a 19-year-old man from Aurora was on the western edge of southbound I-25 near the Larkspur exit shortly after 4 a.m. when he stepped into traffic and was hit by a box truck driving in the right lane.

CSP says its investigators believe the man’s body ended up in the left lanes of southbound I-25 and was hit by another unknown vehicle, which then drove away from the scene.
