Update: Interstate 81 now open after fatal crash in
western Cumberland County
Two occupants in the tractor-trailer suffered minor injuries, state police said. The tractor-trailer burst into flames near mile marker 30 at about 9:45 a.m. The crash closed I-81 in both directions for several hours.
