BELLEVILLE, IL : Man hospitalized after crash on Route 161 at Dutch Hollow Road in Belleville on Wednesday, 26th September 2018

A crash involving two vehicles closed down parts of Illinois 161 and sent at least one man to the hospital early Thursday morning.

The crash happened at around 6:15 a.m. near the intersection of Illinois 161 and Dutch Hollow Road, according to Belleville Fire Department Chief Tom Pour. Police and firefighters had the scene cleared shortly after 7 a.m., Pour said.
