Linn County, OR : Two people killed in a head-on crash in Linn County on Thursday December 4 2015.

Two people were killed in a head-on crash in Linn County Thursday night, according to Oregon State Police.
A Chevrolet Camaro crossed the center line of Highway 34 near milepost 12 and collided with an eastbound Chevrolet Impala. The driver of the Camero was pronounced dead at the scene. The Impala's driver died after being taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvalis.
A 7-year-old boy riding in the Camero was transported to Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland with serious injuries.
The names of those involved have not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
Speed is considered as a potential factor in the crash, state police said in a news release, though the investigation isn't complete.
