The Ohio man who was flown to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center after a single-vehicle crash in Northern Kentucky on Wednesday has died.
The Hamilton County Corner said David Harris, 51, of Reynoldsburg, died on Thursday at the hospital.
Harris was driving northbound on I-75 between Crittenden and Walton when his vehicle exited the right side of the road. It then struck the overpass at Eads Road, trapping Harris inside and starting a fire in the engine compartment, deputies said.
Officers from four departments and passersby attempted to stop the fire and get Harris out of the car.
