The Arizona Department of Public Safety has identified the four people killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 95 in Mohave Valley.
According to Quentin Mehr, public information officer for the DPS’ Public Affairs Unit, the cars collided when one driver oversteered when her vehicle briefly left the roadway.
