Nashville,TN : Driver injured after crashing into railroad control box in East Nashville on may, friday 12th 2017

A driver has minor injuries after crashing into a control box for a railroad in East Nashville.

The wreck happened at the intersection of Douglas and Scott avenues just after 4 a.m. Friday.

The Nissan Pathfinder went over an embankment, hit the power box and rolled over onto the railroad tracks.

The driver was not taken to the hospital.

Police said the driver is not facing any charges at this time, but the incident remains under investigation.
