WELDON SPRING, MO : Driver fleeing St. Charles County officer is charged with manslaughter in fatal crash on Monday, 19th November 2018

A driver who allegedly caused a fatal crash as he was fleeing police was charged Monday with involuntary manslaughter and resisting arrest.

Aron J. Richardson, 36, of Union, had been pulled over by a St. Charles County Police officer on Saturday afternoon near Highway 94 and Independence Road but fled the scene to avoid arrest on active warrants, police said.
