Authorities in northeast Iowa say a 21-year-old man has been killed after losing control of his vehicle on a gravel road. The Clayton County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday that Matthew Belk of Edgewood died in the rollover earlier this week. A passerby who saw his vehicle in a ditch notified authorities. Deputies say Belk wasn't wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It's unclear what caused Belk to lose control of the vehicle.
