Athens, GA : 2 injured in Athens crash on Monday, 18th June 2018

Two people were injured Monday morning when a 25-year-old Madison County man’s SUV rear-ended a minivan stopped for a red light at Hull and Voyles roads, Athens-Clarke County police said.

The Hull resident reportedly told police he was leaning back “to mess with something on the back floorboard” when the collision occurred.

The driver of the minivan and her 8-year-old passenger were taken by ambulance to Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center for treatment of undisclosed injuries, according to the accident report.
