Cecil County, MD : Cecil County tractor-trailer crash kills driver, shuts down part of I-95 on Tuesday, 7th August 2018

A Tuesday tractor-trailer crash in Cecil County shut down part of I-95 southbound for hours and killed a Baltimore man.

Delvon Crosby was driving the big rig near the 97-mile marker in North East Tuesday afternoon when the truck hit a squad car and a civilian vehicle that were parked on the shoulder during a traffic stop, Maryland State Police said.
