Bakersfield, CA : Three people were killed in a rollover crash on Highway 119 on Tuesday, 17th April 2018

Three people were killed in a rollover crash on Highway 119 late Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Those killed were identified by the coroner's office as Jazmin Lizbeth Ojeda Rosales, 19, of Maricopa, Alejandro Arguellom, 19, and Fernanda Medina Olivas, 17, both of Taft. Rosales was the driver.

Two others in the vehicle suffered major injuries. It's unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor.

The vehicle was traveling west on 119 east of Erro Ranch Road at about 10:45 p.m. when it went off the roadway, onto the right shoulder and rolled over, according to the CHP.

The crash remains under investigation.
