Pooler, GA : Two drivers injured in head-on collision on Quacco Road early Saturday morning, March 7, 2015

The head-on collision that took place in the 1300 block of Quacco Road early Saturday morning has claimed the life of a Savannah man.

The victim's name has not yet been released.

According to Pooler Fire Department, one driver was severely trapped inside and had to be cut out. Both drivers were rushed to the hospital with serious and possibly life-threatening injuries.

Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident.
